Reimu graduates, VShojo merch issues

Hello and welcome to this week's blog post!

I will keep it short, this week has been a busy one for me (and it will probably continue through August, gulp).

Reimu Endou graduates from NIJISANJI EN

She has been giving hints of it for a while, and the announcement was made this Saturday, August 2nd, 2025.

Reimu started a livestream at 6 PM PST – which was scheduled as a zatsudan (just chatting) at first – with a heart as a title.
She announces that she is leaving NIJISANJI EN on the 17th of August, 2025.

Her wave, the Ethyria group, is now down to half of its members, with Millie Parfait and Enna Alouette. Nina Kosaka was part of it until the July 8th, 2023.

Chargeback your VShojo merch… NOW ⚡

With the closure of the company last week, the issue of all pending orders was left up in the air.

We've had a few of the production parteners and groups they collaborated with announcing that they're working out on solutions and engaging directly with the talents. For products bought directly from them or with production already underway, it should work out.

But for orders that went through VShojo, like for Kuro's birthday merch, the story is different. I'm taking this directly from his Discord and shared by Stephie, a mod:

Kuro's birthday merch was never sent to production. It is recommended to file a chargeback via your credit card company/bank/Paypal ASAP

There are time limits for disputes depending on your bank, so I recommend doing this ASAP. For example: my credit card company has a 90 day limit, so I had no trouble filling a dispute and getting credit refunded. Edit: Paypal has a 180 day dispute window.

For the Krazy Collection or older merch that was made but never sent, we strongly recommend filing a chargeback if possible. Ex-talent and staff are still working behind the scenes to try to fulfill those orders, but there’s a lot of issues, so they also recommend filing a chargeback regardless. Do what you should to protect yourselves.

While Kuro and his team are talking about it now, this should also be a problem for the other talent's pending orders, and you should monitor their communications (Twitter/Discord) for a possible solution—maybe they can find a way to fulfill orders, or otherwise you might have just lost your money.

Featured chuuba of the week

I didn't write this section last week, which was already long as is, but the talent that I wanted to feature ended up being in the theme and talked about.
But huh, I'm just going to do it anyway.
